November 8, 2000 is approved the legal framework for the implementation of the integrated system of assistance and social services. But the path that can not be canceled, and we are sure, will be better times 'inhabited' by people that no forward-looking economic crisis will turn the hearts of solidarity, as well as narrow and selfish no ideology can prevent generously strive to implement the common good.
